Sit ups dont always work
A lot of people think the only way to get a flat tummy is to do sit-ups every day, these do play a part but most flabby abs are caused by an unhealthy gut, bad posture and a toxic diet.
A few secrets to a flat stomach which can help you along the way are:
- Avoid fizzy drinks
- Avoid Chewing Gum
- Avoid wheat and white foods (eg cake, pasta)
- Cut back on Dairy
- drink herbal teas
- Try not to get too stressed
- Use Epsom bath sales
- Exercise (inc running, cycling, aerobics, swimming and kickboxing)
- Avoid fruit after your meals
- Activate your abs
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and breathe properly
- Do the right ab exercises
